2014 Business Merit Awards
This event was a huge success! Many people attended and joined in the fun. Thanks to the participants, sponsors and spectators for supporting this fundraiser. Nearly $5,000 was raised for the new scoreboard at OHS!
Heather Wilson of Louisburg compiled this video scrapbook of the county's history to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the county being renamed from Lykins County. It features information about each community. (Osawatomie info begins at 8:50)

First Option was recognized for their exceptional service and commitment to the community by the Kansas Department of Commerce. KDOC requests nominations and holds this annual contest each Spring. We are fortunate to have First Option here in Osawatomie and appreciate them and every one of their employees!
