4th Annual Home & Business Expo
When: Saturday, March 3rd 10:00-2:00pm
Where: Osawatomie City Auditorium, 439 Main
This annual event is open to any business or organization. Your attendance offers a great way to network with other area business owners while visiting face to face with potential customers and clients.
Booth Fee: $25 for current Chamber members, $50 for non-Chamber members. A special “Expo” membership rate will be available to any non-Chamber member that wishes to join that day.
Details: A table and 2 chairs are provided. Booth space is approximately 9 x 10 and assigned based on the order reservations are made. Electricity is limited, so be sure to reserve early if you need it.
Set Up: The Auditorium will be open at 8:00am, the morning of the event. We may have an additional set up time on Friday evening- Time TBA
Parking: There are several parking spots in front of the auditorium that can be utilized for unloading purposes only. The City parking lot is across the street to the north and there is street parking as well.
Advertising: This event will be advertised in local and county newspapers, through e-mail and social media, on 2 area radio stations, and through the local school district.
Other: We are planning to have a DJ MC this event, to keep it lively, along with offering giveaways and entertainment to attract visitors throughout the day. Door prizes are a big draw and we ask that each booth holder donate an item of choice, for this purpose.

Waiver of Liability for Expo Participants
I (We) accept full responsibility for our involvement in the 2012 Home and Business Expo.
Liability Waiver: The Exhibitor agrees to make no claim against the Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce, City Government or their officers, directors or members or employees for any loss, damage, theft of property, or any injury to the Exhibitor or its employees, invitees, guests, and volunteers; or for claims for damages, injuries, loss or damage to property which may be incident to, arise from, or be in anyway connected with the use and occupancy of the display space and the Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce and Osawatomie City government against such claims.
