About the event

This event is sponsored by the The Miami County Community Foundation, where the goal is to equip Miami and Linn County schools with the tools needed to recognize and respond to mental health challenges early and effectively.

All donations, entry fees, and proceeds will go directly toward:

  • Suicide prevention and mental health awareness programs in local schools

  • Training for teachers, staff, and students

  • Community education and outreach

Join them —and thousands across the country—as they walk to raise awareness, fund life-saving research, advocate for stronger policies, and support those impacted by suicide. There will be a cornhole tournament at 1:00 PM at the Osawatomie City Auditorium.
