The USD 367 Sport & Fitness Zone, known as "The Ozone," is a fitness center operated by the local school district. They aim to promote health and wellness, as well as community engagement, through diverse recreational opportunities. The facility amenities include a fully equipped workout floor, exercise room, indoor track, full sized gym, and two indoor swimming pools.
In addition to special water aerobic and arthritis classes in the heated pool, the Ozone offers SilverSneakers classes, which are fitness programs designed for older adults (65+). These classes provided a variety of low-impact, fun workouts, aimed to build strength, improve coordination, prevent falls, and foster community for senior.
